This role is focused on driving consistent, high-level performance through direct outreach, solution-based selling, and closing new business accounts. You’ll be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting tailored offers, and exceeding weekly sales targets in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

The best way to train is to show the way—you’ll be actively demonstrating our sales process while coaching others to master it. This role is responsible for educating team members on internal systems, sharpening individual skill sets, and developing high-performance reps through hands-on support, live feedback, and structured coaching.
You’ll report directly to the Partners, with a clear mandate: build confident closers and future leaders.

Lead a high-performing team generating over $2M in annual turnover. You’ll be responsible for managing a crew of 10+ sales specialists and trainers, ensuring performance standards are met and exceeded through structured leadership, accountability, and day-to-day coaching.
In this role, you’ll work directly with company Partners to drive campaign strategy, optimize execution, and lead client-facing performance reviews. You’ll be the key link between frontline results and high-level business outcomes.

Take full ownership of talent acquisition across our sales organization. You’ll work directly with Sales Managers and Partners to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes—from sourcing to onboarding.
This role is all about finding the right people, fast. You’ll implement effective hiring strategies, track key recruitment metrics, and ensure we’re always attracting, selecting, and retaining top-tier sales talent to fuel our growth.
